Commissions
Bring a unique piece of watercolor art into your life with a custom commission. Whether it’s a personal artwork, a thoughtful gift, or a special piece for your home, I would love to create something one-of-a-kind just for you.
Each commission is tailored to your vision while reflecting my signature artistic style, inspired by the quiet magic of nature - forests, flowers, mushrooms, butterflies, and the gentle rhythms of the outdoors.
How Commissions Work
Initial Consultation:
To get started, please share your ideas through the Contact page. The more details you provide, the easier it is for me to bring your vision to life. Helpful information includes:
Subject or Theme: Describe what you want in your artwork (e.g., landscape, specific flowers, animals, or whimsical nature elements).
Size & Format: Indicate the desired dimensions (for example, A4, A3, or custom sizes) and whether you prefer a digital file, print-ready format, or original watercolor.
Style & Mood: Share your preferences for color palette, atmosphere, or style (soft, whimsical, realistic, etc.).
Reference Materials: Any reference photos, sketches, or inspiration images are extremely helpful.
Timeline: Let me know if you have a specific deadline or event for which the piece is needed.
Budget: Include a general budget range so I can propose a commission that fits your needs.
Proposal & Agreement:
Once I receive your details, I’ll provide a clear proposal outlining:
Scope of the project
Estimated timeline for completion
Pricing for the commission
Creation & Updates:
After you approve the proposal, I will begin painting your piece. You’ll receive progress updates along the way so you can see the work come to life and provide feedback to ensure it aligns with your vision.
Final Artwork:
The finished commission will be delivered as agreed—either as a high-resolution digital file, a print-ready format, or a physical original artwork.
Tips for a Successful Commission
Be Specific: The more precise your description, the closer the final piece will match your vision.
Provide Visuals: Photos, sketches, or inspiration boards help me understand your idea.
Plan Ahead: Commissions take time; sharing your timeline early ensures the artwork is completed when you need it.
Open Communication: I encourage questions and feedback throughout the process to make the experience enjoyable and collaborative.
